Our commitment to seasonality and freshness extends to our very own farm in Abu Dhabi, where we grow a variety of ingredients. From cucumbers, figs, and citrus to dates we carefully preserve and incorporate our produce across the blue menu. With each change of season, we plant different vegetables and herbs, ensuring that every dish reflects the rhythm of the land and the bounty of the region.
